what is the use of attention program parameter in userprf

If you put a program name in that field, the when you hit the ATTN key, the program will be called. Many times it is a menu of programs to select.
The ATTN key allows you to have up to 8 session open for a single signon.
Note: only one program is active at a time.
This is when you could also use the the GROUP *DTAARA.
