Attempting to select all Lotus Notes messages and save attachments in spearate folder

I have an inbox where several Lotus Notes email messages are sent with an attachment daily. In order to save time, I am trying to select all the messages and have each attachment be saved into a folder, rather than opening each individual email and downloading the attachment. Is this possible?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You would have to write a lotusscript agent to do this. This site has a start. As it says, it does not have error handling. One of the basic problems that could occur would be to find invalid characters in the file name for your operating system. If you are not a developer, this solution is probably a bad direction. I am not sure of your Notes version and also am not sure whether Notes 8 has this built in.
