 Attaching employee photos to SAP HR records

We would like to connect photos of our employees to their HR records. Can anyone help? I have no idea how this will work and will accept any suggestions or tips.

Question first. Who will be able to view them? Managers? Talk to your lawyers first. Companies have decided not to put photos in SAP for fear of lawsuits.
