Welcome to ITKE, JoleneSchonchin! I would suggest this process:
    1. Open the folder where the pictures are located.
    2. Insert your flash drive into your Asus laptop.
    3. Open the flash drive (you can do that by clicking 'Computer' from the start button).
    4. Drag the pictures into the flash drive window.

Let us know if that helps.

The 1st Q is from where you wanted to transfer pictures to flash drive/ pen drive ! Is this from camera/ other SD Card/ any other mobile phone or what.... The process/ method vary from one accessories to another accessories. If I consider your Q as you written, "Asus transfer pictures to flash drive", that seems to you have a Asus Laptop and copy pictures from laptop to a flash drive.... if this is the case, then simply follow the steps as Mr. Tidmarsh suggested.

It all depends on where the pictures are currently. A few metods were mentioned in other posts. If these are pictures straight from e-mails or the web you can right-click and save image some times. Then use the pop-up window to navigate to the desired destination and then save it.
