Without knowing your exact model of motherboard, it is difficult to give a precise answer. However you may want to check your motherboard to make sure the jumper (usually marked "CHASIS" is in the correct position. Another alternative is to go into your system BIOS settings (At the boot screen) and have a look in there for a "Chasis Intrusion Alarm" option, or something similar. Disable it and then save and exit your bios.
