Without knowing your exact model of motherboard, it is difficult to give a precise answer. However you may want to check your motherboard to make sure the jumper (usually marked “CHASIS” is in the correct position. Another alternative is to go into your system BIOS settings (At the boot screen) and have a look in there for a “Chasis Intrusion Alarm” option, or something similar. Disable it and then save and exit your bios.

The previous 'Answer' is the best advice available here. If that's not sufficient, there is an alternative.

Take it to a competent repair shop. If you don't know how to analyze motherboard problems, this isn't the place to learn. A professional analysis will help with repair or correction needed. Nobody can look at motherboard problems through a discussion forum.

...so please suggest me how to Clear (M3A78-EM "chassis intruded fatal error system halted") error...

You can run a Google search for [ chassis intruded fatal error system halted asus motherboard M3A78-EM ] and find a number of possible solutions. Hardware problems can't be easily diagnosed in a forum. You need someone to look directly at the system if an internet search doesn't help.

did your processor overclock? you have to reset the processor to its default settings,
second if not working try to removed the motherboard supply then clear the cmos or reset it, third cause check the fan if not lifted it caused too hot.

Have u manual ! hope u must have, read this very minutely and try to understand "intruder setting" section.... clearly there is an instruction to make it either none/disable. If u don't feel comfortable, plz call an HW expert to resolve this issue.
