Assert failure in ENABLEAGENT in Lotus Notes 8

"Assert failure in ENABLEAGENT : Notes error : you are not authorized to perform that operation" error we've encountered when we were trying to enable his Out Of the Office agent. I haven't changed any access to his ACL so not sure why he's encountering this error. He is using LN v8 client with LN v8 mail template connecting to a LN v7 server. Please help. Thanks!

    Check the user has RUN RESTRICTED AGENTS permissions in the server document.

    I am not sure that running a Version 8 template on a version 7 server will work. You need to check if this is OK first as it is likely the new OOO agent commands (they have changed) will effect this.

    Hi Gabe9527, what I did was I enabled manually in the client's local OOO agent. Im not sure if this is the proper way but it works to my user..
