Hey Simon,
ASP is a active server page, similar to a HTML or HTM page. Better know as a web page. If you open that asp file in your browser you should see the content - but the drivers are not IN the actual asp file. There might be links or just instructions. You can also open it in a text viewer like notepad - but anything it would process server side will be lost.
