Can a job be scheduled thru as/center to run on the 3rd BUSINESS day of the month and not just on the 3rd day of the month. If so, how?

Since you are asking about a purchased product (AS/Center scheduler) rather than the system job scheduler, you should look at the product documentation for an answer, or ask the vendor's Support group. Some member here might have used the product and could give a good guess. Unlike system documentation, product documentation isn't available without paying for the product. The vendor's web site has this statement under 'Features': "Support for non-active days (weekends, for example)". That seems to imply that there is a capability of defining business days for scheduling. -- Tom
