 ASA OR MPLS for VPN
What would be the benefits of using MPLS for my VPN instead of my ASA's?

MPLS is multi-protocol label switching. The ASA is a firewall appliance. These are two different technologies. MPLS is implemented by a carrier and an ASA is typically premise-based equipment. You can use ASA's on an MPLS link for VPN purposes.
