You can use many payable products like IBM XML Extender (http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/iseries/v5r4/topic/books/sc189179.pdf) or you can use free software to do that like CGIDEV2 that initially was used to create html pages but you can use it to create XML documents too.
