Hi everyone I hope someone can help me with this. I have an Excel template for a download for a group of users. The cell containing the formula was requested by management to be locked due to some of the users incorrectly removing the formula or leaving old data in cells outside the screen view area. I have one user that is able to use the template and transfer with no issues and 5 others that cannot. Our infrastructure person figures it is a setting that is different in the Excel and/or machine of the user that has full access. All other users receive an error message stating the cell they are trying to update is locked. Does anyone have any ideas on what to try? I have recreated the Template and tried only formula locking as well as cell locking following Excel's methodology. I have even tried adding VBA commands to the Excel workbook. Thanks for any help that may be offered.
