The AS/400 has a integrated database UDB/400.  Java is a programming language.  You can't migrate a database into a programming language.

I guess you could try to convert RPG or COBOL programs into Java (why?).   I know some people have tried to re-write RPG code into Java, but the languages are so different  it probably wopuld not be very effective code.

or, you could just run  Java on the AS/400 directly.    As Bill says, what are you trying to do ?</description>
