This does not sound like any standard IBM error message I know of. Are you installing or upgrading a software pakage? If you are, then find the tape from the "<i>Account Reconcilemnet Services</i>", put it in the tape drive, enter the letter g on the message line and then press enter. A little more information about what you are doing may get you a better answer.

The message ID CHG0064 and text that includes “Account Reconcilemnet Services” is almost certainly an application message. We have no way to know for sure what it means.

It looks like it means someone should mount a tape in the tape drive, and then type ‘G’ in the message display and press <Enter>.

Usually a ‘G’ tells programs to ‘go’ and ‘C’ tells programs to ‘cancel’. You respond to the message with ‘G’ after you mount the tape in the drive because you want the program to start going again after a tape is ready.

But we can only guess because we don’t have the same programs that you have.
