1) We are generating AS400 spool file which is of SNA Character String (SCS) data stream, it does contain PCL codes in it. 2) By enabling Host Print Transform, we are able to convert as400 spool to ASCII format .TXT windows file which contains PCL code in ASCII format. Question is, Is there any free software where I can view the printable form of .TXT windows file which does contain PCL codes?

Software/Hardware used:

First, what is the CCSID of the .TXT file? Second, doesn't DSPF do what you want? (Or just option 5 from WRKLNK.) -- Tom
