If your setting up training and demos of your actual system, why not just create a Training/Demo environment and run the actual apps? You would basically set up a new library or libraries, duplicate anything that you need to keep things from using the live data, create new user profile(s). Copy your data (or a subset). Depending on how things are set up, you may need to do other things.

The only thing you have to ensure is that there is no way for the Training/Demo users to get at your live data. So make sure to check to see if you need a new initial program for the user profiles or job descriptions.
