Once in a while a printer hangs up but it is very rare. Our printers are attached via the output queue with an IP address; no device description. How are your printers attached?

Somewhat helpful but very, very dry. We recommend RPM to any of our clients that need better as400 printing. Brooks develops this software and we’ve been installing on various locations over the last few years specifically for iSeries/zSeries printing. They have a free trial and you can get it at their AS400 printing site I believe. They also have a main site.
