 AS400 Print Screen button on upper lefthand corner not working with new VISTA PC

Hi, A user reported a problem where she used to be able to print whatever's on her screen from within any AS400 application by pressing the print screen icon on the upper lefthand corner of her screen (under the File button). Since she got a new pc with VISTA on it, it only prints a screen with dashes instead of dumping whatever's on her screen to the printer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Moy

You need to set the print screen button in Client Access. This is a custom setting you can find in Edit -> Preferences -> Keyboard. Click on Customize and use "Local Copy" for the print screen key. Sorry put the answer in the discussion first....
