The CPF1336 simply tells you that an error happened on the CHGJOB command and that you need to review and fix the error before the program will work.

The message text includes “See the messages listed previously, if any.”

You need to look for any messages before the CPF1336 to see any/all of the conditions that caused the command to fail. These earlier messages should show in the joblog as “Diagnostic” messages.
