If you have Navigator installed, you should be able to drill into the Start-> Programs menu from your Desktop into the IBM iSeries Access for Windows menu option.

Select the Selective Setup option. From there, it will depend on how installs have been configured for you network, and we don’t know how your network is set up. Once you are pointed to the appropriate install target, drill into the Navigator component and select the parts that you want to install.

i have selected all the option , but its not wroking…

What does that mean? What is not working? Is there an error?

anyother idea..

The only other choices are (1) uninstall and reinstall, and (2) most likely you haven’t applied any appropriate service pack.

If you haven’t applied a recent service pack, then nothing can be expected to work. See the IBM i Access Service Packs page to find the appropriate service pack for you to download.
