We have an ongoing problem in our office for the past month. All of our users get randomly disconnected from the as400 and end up with a blank screen in client access and need to reconnect. Seemed like a network issue at first, but the cabling and switch were replace and tested. Problem still remains.
I have been logging ping responses to the nic on the as400 and see that when it goes down its for about 5 seconds and then it fixes itself. We are running v5r3. Has anyone seen a similar issue like this?
