		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m not sure there is much better help available except to call a&#160;few different&#160;resellers of old (obsolete) AS/400 hardware to see if they can help with troubleshooting. They might be willing if they think you&#039;ll need replacement parts. I have&#160;a couple&#160;System Handbooks that are old enough to still include 9402s, but no troubleshooting guides that old.

What is your 9402? A model 40S/400? A 436? (Something older?) If a SRC appears on the front panel, what is it?

Asking about a 9402 is something like asking about a Windows NT file server that will no longer boot; useful help will be hard to find. The 9402 should have been replaced many years ago. I know of a couple still in use, though only for some very peripheral secondary functions. If they die, no one will care.
