 AS/400 LAN printer problem

Hi, 






Two OUTQs in two systems has been assigned to the same lan printer.ie both systems have a device and OUTQ created with the same IP address. but out of two, the one which is starting first is taking the control and the print from the other printer is going to PND status. 






Both Printers have the same configuration and is of type *IPDS.






Please let me know for suggestions.
