		<description><![CDATA[As you said, after submitting an job it came into status TIMW(waiting for an thread for period of time)Normally Job is been made up of collection of threads, after executing the thread, it will wait for another thread to get come in for execution. That period interval of time the status will go to TIMW status, No need to worry, actually the job is running , once it catches up the next thread the status will come into RUN status.]]></description>
