-I received this error message and I'm not entirely sure how to identify the application whether it is a licensed IBM program or not.

If you do an F1 or F9 (depending on where you see the messaage), you should see the details about it including the message file used and the program that sent the message. Look at the libraries for those objects and you may be able to tell is there are IBM or not.
If still not sure look at the contents of those libraries and if necessary look at other messages in the message file.
Somewhere in there you will probably see a Vendor or Package name.

The name AJCUG7PA looks very similar to a LIC module name, but I can’t locate one of that name immediately. It has eight characters while the externally obvious names are all seven characters.

Anyway, as already mentioned, we need to know more about the circumstances. Where was this seen? What was happening at the time? Does the {help} function give any more information? What OS version are you running? Does this appear in a normal job or is it shown on a HMC or during a service tools function?
