Hi,
I have some kind of database, tables are from SQL server around 10 tables each having 1000 records. Now I need to convert these SQL tables into physical files & i need to store the same SQL records into these created physical files & finally should make the database as db2/400 database .
Please let me know how to go for this.

You can simply use the SQL statements from SQL server to create the data base on iSeries. It will create DB2 physical files and logical files. On IBM i one can create data base files either based on DDS language (old native) or on DDL (SQL based data definition language).
