 AS/400 data migrate to AIX online

Hello, We have V5R3M) and MIMIX HA1 installed for replication. We want to convert our entire data online on AIX / Windows platform and this will be forever activity (not for one time). First of all can it be possible or not.? If yes then how can we go ahead. Regards, Chirag
