LIBRARY-QSPL Primary problem is that library QSPL should not be backed up. Tom

If for some reason you do insist on backing up QSPL, are you using SAVACT(*LIB/*SYNCLIB/*SYSDFN)?

You should notice that SAVCHGOBJ does not have an option to save from "*IBM" libraries. If you look farther to the SAVLIB command, you should see that the help-text explicitly says that QSPL cannot be saved with SAVLIB. One very good reason that it can't be saved is that it can't be restored. Why even try to save it? Tom

Not being overly fond of SAVCHGOBJ I'd never noticed that the *IBM libraries were out of bounds. Learn something new every day.
