Hello,
I am currently running a citrix remote presentation server with the AS/400 in it. I have created for all my remote users a display session and a printer session and then i save those so they can just double click on their name from their remote session to enable both display and printer. Now my delima is when they click on their name session B and C pop up (C being the printer) and B being the display. Their is no display session that lets them log in. From my end at the Home Office I have to vary them off and back on for them to see the sign on display. Any help to fix this would be appreciated.

…when they click on their name session B and C pop up (C being the printer) and B being the display.
Makes sense.
Their is no display session that lets them log in.
But given the previous sentence, this doesn’t make sense. Can you clarify, please? Are you saying that the first sentence describes what should happen, but the second sentence is saying what does happen?

Tom,
Typically we get session A which is their sign on display and session B which is their printer. Session B and C comes up and B is the display session however somehow its varried off. On my side i have to vary them on in order for them to see the actual sign on screen which allows them to log in.
However the fix that i found out to this problem was to uninstall the IBM client access software and reinstall it. I did save all of our users login scripts and it seemed to fix it. Thanks for your input but would you happen to know why this happened?
