AS 400 printing
Good evening everyone. I have a customer with a Kyocera 3920 printer. They are using the recommended HP6 driver. A recent problem has shown up. When printing reports the images are not formatting correctly. What I mean by this is on one side of the page you will have a box of information shifted down out of position but the portion below it is perfect, then on the left it will do the same thing but in reverse. This will do it randomly and has no rhyme or reason to it. We tried a different printer(Xerox Phaser 6400) and the problem was better but still noticeable. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you

Without seeing how anything is defined, the only suggestion is to show us what you have. What is the related DDS? -- Tom
