Use the WrkCFGSTS command
You can use options *LIN * *CTL

coiuld you please explain a bit as I am not able to see it through this command…..

My controller is QVIRCD0001 , polease see the list of lines and do tell me it is connected to which line

Description Status ————-Job————–
ETHLINE1 ACTIVE
ETHCTL1 ACTIVE
ETHDEV1 ACTIVE QTCPIP QTCP 060311
QESLINE VARIED OFF
QTILINE VARIED OFF
VRTETH01 ACTIVE
VRTETH01 ACTIVE
VRTETH01 VARIED ON

Virtual controllers do not ‘attach’ to a line. And since it is a *VWS controller, we know your connection is a 5250 emulation session or basically a telnet. Since you only have one ethernet line with TCPIP active on it, you are connecting over ETHLINE1 to a telnet ‘listener’ that passes your session request through the virtual controller to the interactive sbs. Virtual workstation controllers can handle a session request from mulitple ethernet connection so there is no line config specified.
