    I do not understand your logic. You want to start a company based on a specific computer. Yes, you can buy one on E-Bay, or work with a broker to get an AS400 anywhere in the world. To give you the best answers to your questions: 1. What kind of business are you going to start? 2. Why does it have to be an AS400? 3. Is this going to be accessible from the www? 4. Are you writing your own application or are you purchasing something? Give us a better idea of what your plans are and then we can give better answers
