I would look into a software package to do this.
Since I have not used any of the packages available, I cannot recommend a specific one.

As long as the systems are defined to the same MgtC Central system, you should only need to select all of the endpoint systems that you want included when you create the monitor. You can also update the set of systems later by going into the Properties for that monitor. You can also create a 'System Group' that includes the systems you want, and assign that group to the monitor just as you would a system. Are you having troubles? Tom

We do the exact same thing in our shop, using Management Central. Just go to the "Systems and Groups" tab and list all the systems and/or groups you wish to monitor. We employee the same technique Tom Liotta recommends -- System Group. It keeps things simple.
