Please verify the reference code "B!5B10C". That doesn't seem to be a valid code. There should not be an exclamation mark as one of the characters, and it should be eight characters wide. All characters should be hexadecimal digits if it's a system reference code. -- Tom

Please explain "...can display console". Does that mean that the system starts and you can log on to the console? -- Tom

Ah, the edit is much better. That code is listed under (B1xx) Reference codes. Read the section on that code group, then look at the specific link for the code. See what you can determine from the writeup and from the indicated steps. Post back here for any clarification you might need when you run into any problem. -- Tom

Hi tom How do we fix this problem If this is a tracking event, no service actions are required. Otherwise, use the FRU and procedure callouts detailed with the SRC to determine service actions.

You should be communicating with IBM Support for actual procedures, and you should have a qualified technician on-site who knows these initial steps. Your general analysis procedures are started with Functions 14 - 19: SRC display (callouts).
