I am looking for information on Power processors on iSeries in the sense the OS and hardware which supports them and also the speed etc details

There isn't anything useful that you can do with the information. It's not like you can easily choose to buy a Power 7 processor to build a project with.

But here are some leads for you to look through:

That last one might be useful if you're intending to write your own specialized OS, I suppose. It's not at all clear what you need to know.
