 Armada 1750 BIOS or CMOS?
BIOS, Windows, Windows 2000 desktop
I've had an Armada 1750 for years. I love it. I want win 2k installed. I removed Win98se, formatted and setup the Sofpaq diag partition. I turned off ACPI. Win2k wants an updated bios. HP/Compaq is giving me the runaround. How do update the firmware on this Laptop?

The first thing that you'll have to do is get the updated firmware from HP. It will provide you with the application which is used to flash the BIOS.
