With the cost reductions in Capital Expenses offered by cloud platforms, I think it’s not surprising that less and less is being spent. We know too that more and more low cost tablets are being purchased as well. As we move away from do it yourself networks to hosted online platforms run by people around the work in other countries… I can’t help expect that the trend will continue.
