		<description><![CDATA[I didn&#039;t get in, but I think the reason is pretty obvious.&#160; This conference is featuring Windows 8 and all the online Services including Azure.&#160; I think that there will be a lot of people on the street if they don&#039;t get themselves up to speed on the cloud applications.&#160; The Capital expense savings are enough to keep businesses just in the read, deep into the black.&#160; it also means that jobs for traditional&#160;IT people will be significally reduced over the next few years as they move into the cloud.Microsoft has designed each new systems to manage more customers with less need for IT Support personal.&#160; Moving systems into the cloud will reduce the need for traditional IT support personel significantly.I think IT experts are scrambling to understand this change in order to understand how to re-invent themselves.&#160; ]]></description>
