Are there any specific considerations we should be aware of as we attempt to migrate applications to a Hyper-V virtualized machines?

We have major applications (Exchange 2007 and SQL 2005) that we have in a mission critical configurations “clustered.” Are there any specific considerations we should be aware of as we attempt to migrate these applications to a Hyper-V virtualized machines? Are there any resources available online for this?

Each application team has recommendations on virtualization. Also, you should look into how you cluster these applications and can you continue to use app level clustering in VMs.
