 Are blade servers interchangeable with different blade chassis

I have an IBM Blade Chassis. Can I put an HP blade server (Or some other vendors server) in this chassis as long as it is a 1U server?

I would say very rarely can you find blades from a manufacturer that will fit another manufacturers chasis
