Can anyone help, I'm not able to do the backup from the local server to backup remote exchange mailbox, keep getting error message from the ACR.
"E8535
Fail To receive data from client agent. (ADDRESS=127.0.0.1 (ServerName ( 127.0.0.1)), EC=10060, COMMAND=0)"

    EC=10060 This is a WinSock error being passed back by the OS to the host application ARCserve. Basically it is reporting a connection problem. However that could be due to any number of reasons. Certainly check for network related problems but also check the Exchange Agent log on the Exchange server for possible clues to something causing the agent to hang up.
