ArcMap/Shapefile Question
How do I add points by "hand" to an existing shapefile that already has points as geospatial data? I recorded some locations of rare plants on a GPS unit and just want to update the shapefile with locations of new plants I found (obviously I have the coordinates - in this case, UTMs). Of course, I'd like to add other information (e.g., date) in those fields of the attribute table where possible.
