 Archiving Folders in Lotus Notes 8.5
Lotus Notes, Lotus Notes 8.5, Lotus Notes archive, Lotus Notes archiving
When I go to a folder that I have created, I select the documents within that folder that I want to archive, then I go to the Menu option "Action" and archive is not there. When I go back to my regular inbox and go to "Action" archive is there. Why can't I archive an individual folder, or is this a bug in Lotus 8.5.1?

Hi have you tried replacing design and select the upgrade folder option ? this has fixed a few mail files that we had the same issue with

Not sure but I can tell you I see it working fine in 8.5.2.

Go into the Design of the DB and make sure that the Folder follow the INBOX design. This will be in the folder properties.

Replacing the Design of the DB will fix this issue if they are inheriting from the design. The otehr thing you could try is deleting the Calendar profile to see if this is some client based issue.

…I had one mailfile that was only fixed after I ran folder upgrade using the
manual opiton..( instead of Automatic )
