Lotus Notes 8.5 archiving error
Hi, I'm using Lotus notes version 8.5 and when I try archiving from half of the folders it disappears the option "actions -> archive " . The strange part is that for the half of the folders I can do this archiving and for the other part I cannot. Out IT colleague reinstalled Lotus few times, but nothing ... This is happening only since I'm working with this new version of Lotus. I've been using Lotus notes since 2003 and I have never had this problem. Could you please help me ? Hi there C5,,
I faced this problem with several of my users and was able to solve it by doing the following :
- you need the help of the LN Administrator to run the following command against you LN database ( Load convert -u mail( your Mailbox) * mail85.ntf
- On your Mailbox refresh Design
- replace Design
- rebuild the Views ( Ctrl+Shift+ F9 )
And if you still have an issue with some folders just access them and re-run ( rebuild the Views ( Ctrl+Shift+ F9 ) )
