 archiving emails in outlook 2007
how do i archive emails on one computer and can they be read on another pc at a later date

Answer Wiki:
Go to file>import and export and export to a file. OR set up auto-archiving in tools>options>the tab labeled "other". To read them on another computer copy the exported or archived .pst file to an external device such as a cd or thumb drive and then on the other computer open outlook and choose file>open>outlook data file.

If those mails are being stored to a PST file, you would just need to copy/move the file to the other computer and attach it to Outlook there.
