There is allot of reasons why this could happen... mostly there is a design issue. As you have not added any more informaiton I would say have a look at the IBM Lotus Support site and search "Entry not found in index" and try and find the best match.

Could be nice if you can explain abit more when the error message appears.; any update or change being make? Did you try refresh the mailbox? Delete the cache.ndk file that under Notesdata folder? Restart notes and see does it help…If still not good, try to replace template…But plz make a backup before try above steps..
