Have you checked to make sure the proper ID is listed as the Mail File Owner in that mail file? Also, make sure the correct home server is set as the administrative server.
What I suggest in this case is that ….
1- Try to be A Full Admin on the LND
2-Provide your self with a ” manager” ACL on each of the databases having the problem
3- Are you able to check the Archive Settings in the Action menu
4- Try to upgrade the LN you have to version 7.0.4 or 8.X since you can get them for free from the IBM web site if you have already paid for the license.
