I have multiple email accounts, some for business.
I need an application that will take in all these emails and
make them available to search. I'd prefer not to use
a Microsoft product if possible. The email client I use
at the moment is Thunderbird. It's main drawback is that you
cannot export and import data like you can with Outlook.
With Outlook, I could download a large block of email,
delete the spam and other unwanted emails. Export it.
Save it to optical media for backup. Then import it into an
Outlook client on a machine not attached to the internet.
Nothing else seems to have those features.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
