ITKE, Ghost is an option for the same. Symantec also has a good option.. With that you can create a boot CD, create a image of the hard drive to an external drive, and boot with the CD and restore the entire computer.
I would suggest you to go for todo-backups.which is an east process of universal restore.I am attaching the link for the step by step detailed instructions for the process. By the way, this is not free:
