 Application User profiles?
Active Directory User Profiles, User authentication, User Management, User profiles
Currently we have 8 applications/systems that require user profiles to be set individual each time there is a new member of staff/ change to existing staff. Is there a piece of software that enables a single entry that then updates all other systems?

Not that I know of. The best I can think of is scripting and a program to tie all the parameters together.

Hi Mshen. I was hoping there was a silver bullet that would take this problem away. It looks more and more like an Active Directory template scenario. Thanks.

If these are 8 different applications from different vendors, then there is no “magic bullet” sorry. not unless all the programmers from all the different companies want to get together and collaborate a solution for you… rather unlikely that. Best of luck to you! :-)
