Hi, I wrote a test-script using sapjco which works fine when I compile and run it. But if I turn the script into an applet, I get the following error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sap/mw/jco/JCO Here is part of the script: import com.sap.mw.jco.*; public class AppGetSAPInfo extends Applet { JCO.Attributes attribute = null; public void init() { JCO.Client mConnection = null; try { mConnection = JCO.createClient("200", "user", "password", null, "appl.server", "00"); ...etc... The strange thing about it is, that it passes the JCO.Attributes and JCO.Client statements, but throws the error on JCO.createClient! Of course my CLASSPATH ist set correctly (C:ProgrammeSAPJCOsapjco.jar). I work with Windows 2000, java 1.5.0_06 and sapjco 2.1.6. Can anayone please help? Thanks in advance.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Applets run in the environment of a browser – which pays no attention to your Classpath. Applets can only load classes as specified in the applet tag.
If this was my problem I would first try to get it running in the appletviewer. In the tooldocs section of your JDK installation there is an appletviewertags.html page the gives examples.
